摘要
为提高油库应急抢修效率及安全性,利用磨料水射流切割技术在高油气浓度下直接对油库破损待修设备进行快速切割。通过对磨料水射流切割系统进行研究,设计优化了管路系统、磨料添加系统和动力系统,得到了适用于油库应急抢修切割操作的便携式磨料水射流切割系统样机。使用样机对X60管线钢进行切割试验,得到了切割模型,该模型能够有效指导油库管道抢修切割操作。研究为磨料水射流切割技术在油库应急抢修切割中的应用奠定了基础。
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of oil depot emergency repair, an abrasive water jet cutting(AWJC)technology is adopted for fast cutting under the conditions of high concentration of oil and gas. Through the optimal design of thepipeline system, abrasive add system and power system, a kind of portable AWJC system which is suitable for oil depot emergencyrepair cutting is assembled. Cutting tests for X60 pipeline steel are carried out by using this system, and a cutting model is obtainedwhich would be used to guide the cutting operation of oil pipeline effectively. All of these researches will promote the application ofportable AWJC technology and can effectively improve the efficiency of oil depot emergency repair.
