水胶体敷料预防压疮的中文文献Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Chinese Literature on the Prevention of Pressure Ulcer by Water Colloid Dressing

目的系统评价水胶体敷料预防国内压疮的有效性及安全性。方法计算机联机检索CNKI、VIP、万方数据库(各数据库检索时间为创建至2014年12月)中关于水胶体敷料预防压疮的随机对照试验(RCT),用Rev Man5.3软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入22篇RCT,包括1892例患者。Meta分析结果显示:水胶体敷料对预防压疮的效果优于对照组[RR=0.18,95%CI(0.13,0.24),P<0.01]。结论基于现有临床证据,水胶体敷料联合常规护理预防压疮有效性高。但由于纳入研究数量较少,研究质量不统一,本结论尚需要更多大样本、高质量临床RCT予以证实。

Objective To systematicallyevaluate the effectiveness and safety of water colloid dressing in the prevention of pressure ulcer in China.Methods We searched CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database（ Each database retrieval time was from creation to December 2014） for a randomized controlled trial（ RCT） of hydrocolloid dressing in the prevention of pressure ulcer,using RevMan5. 3 software for Meta analysis of the data.Results A total of 22 articles were included in the RCT,including 1892 patients.Results of Meta analysis showed that： the effect of water colloid dressing on prevention of pressure ulcer was better than that of the control group[RR = 0. 18,95% CI（ 0. 13,0. 24）,P 〈0. 01]. Conclusion Based on the existing clinical evidence,water colloid dressing combined with routine nursing care to prevent pressure ulcer is effective.However,due to the inclusion of a small number of studies,the quality of study is not uniform.This conclusion still needs more large sample and high quality clinical RCT to be confirmed.
