皖江城市带战略的经济增长效应——基于DID方法

Economic Growth Effect of City along Yangtze River Strategy——Based on the method DID

皖江城市带是加速中部崛起,推动区域发展的重大战略。客观评价皖江城市带战略效果,不仅对战略自身的实施和完善具有重要的现实意义,而且能够为其他区域协调发展提供政策借鉴。基于安徽省2006-2013地方市级数据,在固定效应回归基础上,运用面板DID方法研究皖江城市带战略的经济增长效应。结果表明,相比于未实施地区,覆盖地区获得了更高的经济增长,皖江城市带战略作用显著。最后,为了强化皖江城市带战略效应,根据实证结果,提出相应政策含义。

City along Yangtze river is to accelerate the rise of central China,through regional development strategy.Objective evaluation strategy of City along Yangtze river effect,not only for the implementation of the strategy itself and improve has important practical significance,and it can provide policy reference for other regional harmonious development.Based on the 2006-2013 in An Hui province the local municipal data,based on the fixed effects regression,using the panel DID method to study the effect of economic growth of the strategy of City along Yangtze river.Results show that compared with the strategy of blank areas,covering the areas of economic growth,higher City along Yangtze river strategic role is obvious.Finally,in order to strengthen strategic City along Yangtze river effect,according to the empirical results,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
