将互联网金融分为互联网货币、新金融中介、新金融组织形式和新的支付手段四类,对其相关商业方法专利进行现状调查,通过对互联网金融相关商业方法专利的现状分析,发现了互联网金融相关技术创新的发展主要集中在支付技术方向上,并根据互联网金融相关商业方法专利的现状探讨了互联网金融的未来发展趋势。

This article divides Internet financial into four groups,Internet currency,new financial intermediary,new finance organization form and new method of payment.Research methods of this article are investigate and analyze current situation of business methods patents of Internet financial.There are two research findings.One is a development of technology innovation of Internet financial focuses on technology of paid methods.Another one is a trend of development of Internet financial.
