社会治理背景下基于云平台社会组织监管机制研究

Research on Social Organization Supervision Mechanism Based on the Cloud Platform under the Background of Social Governance

针对现行社会组织监管体系和行政流程中存在的问题,研究了社会治理背景下基于云平台的社会组织监管机制,提出从应用即服务、平台即服务和基础设施即服务三个层次来构建社会组织的监管机制。对每个层次内容进行详细探讨和设计,并从登记联动、监管联动、信用联动和政府购买四个模块具体分析联动监管运行机理。

Based on the problems of current social organization supervision system and administrative process, the social organization supervision mechanism based on the cloud platform under the background of social governance is studied. We put forward the social organization mechanism from the software as a service（Saas）, platform as a service（Paas）, and infrastructure as a service（Iaas） three levels, and each level of content is discussed and designed in detail. Then we analyze the linkage supervision mechanism from four modules, namely registration linkage, supervision linkage, credit linkage, and government purchase.
