摘要
某型飞机是首次较系统地开展可靠性设计的型号,从方案论证阶段开始至详细设计阶段,总师系统开展了一系列可靠性设计和管理工作。随着型号研制工作从设计转入试制,可靠性工作的重点则从设计控制转向研制产品的可靠性增长控制。其间,可靠性增长摸底试验技术对促进研制产品可靠性增长产生了明显的效果。可靠性增长摸底试验技术是根据可靠性增长的理论,利用可靠性试验的方法,结合国内机载电子产品可靠性状况和型号研制特点而提出的。其目的是利用较短的试验时间,将新研机载设备S型件的部分设计、工艺薄弱环节和缺陷暴露出来,在装机上天前采取有效的改正措施,以期定型试飞中少出故障,促进研制试飞顺利进行,并使设备的可靠性得到初步增长。
Reliability growth test technique for known the real situation, which combined with reliability status of our country "s airborne electronic equipment and aircraft development course, is based on reliability growth theory, and also using reliability test method. It aims at revealing design’ and technics’ weakness and fault of "S" type equipment in a limited test time. By adopting effective corrective action, the preliminary reliability growth would be got, and also failure duing test - fly would be greatly reduced.
