摘要
航空企业为了适应社会需要以谋求自身的生存和发展,其产品往往按照多构型、多品种模式生产,因而在实际生产过程中常常对工程图纸进行频繁更改,为此必须对产品的有效性进行控制,以便及时的将设计更改在生产线上进行贯彻、跟踪和管理。本文在分析国内外现代企业的工程数据管理模式及实施办法的基础上,提出了一种工程图纸、工程指令特征值提取算法,为实现动态工程数据管理创造了有利的条件,具有较好的普遍性和实用价值。
Modern airline enterprises must accommodate the needs of society to strive for their survival and development and the products always have a lot of categories and models. So engineering drawings are frequently changed in practice manufacturing processes, and the changes in the designing must be carried out, tracked and supervised to control the configuration of the products. This article first analyzed the engineering data management models and operating methods in modern enterprises inside and outside, then suggested an engineering drawing eigenvalue picking - up algorithm for configuration control of the products, which can be used to implement dynamic engineering data management that should have both popularity and practice value.
