高职院校学生党员教育管理水平直接关系到党员教育成效,也关系到学生的成长和发展。从高职院校学生党员教育管理现状可以看出,党员教育管理中还存在很多问题,如党员教育管理模式单一,管理理念落后等,在一定程度上阻碍了学生的成长。

The Education of vocational College Student Party Membersand its management level is directly related to the effectiveness of education of Party members,and also to the students＇ growth and development. However,we can see there are many problems from thecurrent educational management of Student Party Members in vocational Colleges,such as single management mode and outdated management philosophy,which,to a certain extent,hinders the growth of the students.
