颅内压监测重型颅脑外伤去骨瓣减压患者18例

ICP Monitoring of 18 Cases of STBI by DC

目的探讨颅内压监测在重型颅脑外伤并去骨瓣减压患者中的作用。方法回顾性分析38例重型颅脑外伤行手术患者的临床资料,将患者分为观察组(颅内压监测,n=18)与对照组(n=20)。结果两组患者在性别、年龄、GCS评分、瞳孔、血肿等方面无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组在两周死亡率上有统计学差异(P<0.05),观察组死亡率低于对照组。结论颅内压监测可以减低重型颅脑外伤去骨瓣减压患者的两周死亡率。

Objective To study the significance of the intracranial pressure（ ICP） monitoring after early decompressive craniectomy（ DC） in patients with severe traumatic brain injury（ STBI）. Methods We took a retrospective analysis on 38 early decompressive craniectomy in patients with severe traumatic brain injury which were divided into no-icp group and icp group. Statistics analysis was under taken after the endpoint. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups on gender,age,GCS scores and volume of hematoma. ICP group had significant effect on mortality in 14 days. Conclusion ICP monitoring in conjunction with postoperative treatment,after early DC,is associated with a significantly reduced risk of death.
