反Stallard法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术临床效果

A New Z-epicanthoplasty Combined with Double Eyelidplasty

目的探讨矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形的手术效果。方法 36例伴内眦赘皮的单睑患者均施行反Stallard法矫正内眦赘皮,并联合重睑成形术。患者术后随访3-12个月,观察效果。结果重睑形态良好,内眦部瘢痕轻微,美学效果良好。结论反Stallard法矫正内眦赘皮联合重睑成形术,手术方法设计简单、易操作、符合生理要求,术后重睑及内眦形态良好。

Objective To explore the simple and effective methods for correcting epicanthus and a concomitant double eyelidplasty with slight scar. Methods 36 patients with epicanthus（ single eyelid）were performed epicanthoplasty by a new Z-epicanthoplasty,and double eyelidplasty was performed simultaneouly. Results 36 patients were followed-up for 3-12 months. Satisfactory esthetical result of double eyelid fold and inner canthus shape was achieved. All patients were with slight scars. Conclusion The method that a new Z-epicanthoplasty combined with double eyelidplasty has the advantages of minimal scar formation,easy to design perform and in accordance with physiology.
