我国家庭农场认定标准问题研究

家庭农场作为一种新型农业经营主体,发展迅速,具有强大生命力。但我国家庭农场认定标准存在缺陷的问题制约着家庭农场进一步快速发展。在阐明家庭农场内涵、特征基础上,从"家庭农场经营者、家庭农场经营规模与土地流转期限、劳动力结构、农业收入构成和其他认定标准"等方面进行认定,完善我国家庭农场认定标准,以期能够促进我国家庭农场法律制度的完善,为我国家庭农场持续快速健康发展提供基础支撑和制度保障。
