摘要 针对产品故障知识重用中的知识层次、关联性分析与表达问题,从知识抽象过程入手分析产品故障知识抽象关系,提出一种基于抽象关系的产品故障知识建模方法,构建了产品故障知识抽象过程模型、抽象度评价模型、抽象级空间模型;在此基础上提出基于抽象过程模型的知识提取方法与基于抽象关系模型的知识组织与重用方法。以某品牌汽车发动机故障排除为例验证了所提方法的正确性与有效性。 To solve the problems of knowledge level and correlation analysis and expression in product fault knowledge reuse,the abstract relationship of product fault knowledge was analyzed from abstraction process perspective to propose a modeling method based on abstract relationship.Abstract process model,abstractness evaluation model and abstract grade space model for product fault knowledge abstraction were built.On this basis,the knowledge extraction method based on abstract relationship model and the knowledge organization and reuse method based on abstract relationship model were presented.A fault diagnosis process of a certain brand of automobile engine was taken as an example to discuss the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed approach.
