多参数水质分析仪关键技术指标的确认

Confirmation of the key technical indicators of multi-parameters water quality analyzer

摘要 目的通过确认多参数水质分析仪的关键技术指标,对分析仪的整体性能进行评价。方法通过线性分析和相关系数的计算、与国家标准方法的比对实验、加标回收实验、计算示值误差、相对标准偏差、分析最低检出限,确认仪器现有项目检测方法线性关系、灵敏度、检测量程、准确度和重复性。结果所检项目在测定的浓度范围内标准曲线线性关系良好(r〉0.99);最低检出限均符合国家饮用水卫生标准;氯化物、铜、锰、铅4个项目的加标回收率为88.20%~108.10%;高、中、低3种浓度水平下,水样检测平均值与国家标准法比对差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);各项目与标准样品比对示值误差为-8.7%~9.7%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~9.8%。结论多参数水质分析仪所检项目线性符合水质监测规范,精密度及准确度均能满足现场快速定量检测的需要,具有操作简单、快速灵敏、准确度高、适应性广,适用于基层部队水质现场快速检测。 Objective To confirm the key technical indicators of the multi- parameters water quality analyzer,so as to evaluate the overall performance of the analyzer. Methods To confirm the linear relationship,sensibility,test range,accuracy and repeatability of the analyzer; the difference of these parameters were analyzed between test method of the analyzer and national standard method by linear analysis,the correlation coefficient,parallel experiment,recovery experiment,error value,standard deviation and the limit of detection. Results As for standard curve,all testing programmers have good linear relationship in the concentration range( r 0. 99). The lowest limits of detection meet the quality and hygiene standards of the State for drinking water. The recoveries of chloride,copper( Cu),manganese( Mn) and lead( Pb) are within 88. 20%- 108. 10%. There were no statistical significance on the difference of average value of water with the national standard method in three concentration levels( P〈0. 05). The error values( SE) of the tests are within- 8. 7%- 9. 7%. Relative standard deviations( RSD) are with1. 4%- 9. 8%. Conclusion The linearity of the tests by the analyzer conform to the specifications in water monitoring. Precision and accuracy meet the requirements of the rapid quantitative detection on site,which is simple,rapid,accurate,and suitable to the rapid detection of water quality in grassroots units on- site.
