宁波市鄞州区健康人群麻疹和风疹血清抗体水平分析 被引量:6

Analysis of the serum antibody levels of measles and rubella in healthy population of Yinzhou District,Ningbo

摘要 目的了解宁波市鄞州区健康人群麻疹和风疹血清抗体水平,为调整防控策略提供科学依据。方法随机抽取该区8个年龄组的部分健康人群,采集血标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测麻疹和风疹血清Ig G抗体水平,同时开展麻疹、风疹抗体水平情况问卷调查。结果本次共监测290人,麻疹抗体阳性率为81.72%,保护性抗体阳性率为50.00%,抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)为575.24 m IU/ml;风疹抗体阳性率为73.45%,GMC为38.92 IU/ml。不同性别、户籍间麻疹和风疹抗体阳性率和GMC差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);有无麻疹患病史间麻疹保护性抗体阳性率和GMC差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);不同免疫剂次、不同年龄组间麻疹和风疹抗体阳性率和GMC均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论宁波市鄞州区健康人群麻疹风疹抗体水平尚不足以形成有效免疫屏障,存在着局部地区、小范围暴发的可能性,要提高疫苗接种率和免疫成功率,对3岁~19岁组人群建议加强查漏补种和强化免疫,同时加强麻疹和风疹疫情监测与处置。 Objective To investigate the serum antibody levels of measles and rubella in healthy population of Yinzhou District,Ningbo,so as to provide scientific basis for the adjustment of the prevention and control strategy. Methods Some healthy people form 8 age groups were selected as study objects in the area randomly,and blood specimen were collected. The serum Ig G antibody levels of measles and rubella were detected by ELISA with questionnaire survey on the antibody levels of measles and rubella. Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 81. 72% among monitored 290 people,while the positive rate of protective antibody was 50. 00% with the geometric mean concentration( GMC) of antibody being 575. 24 m IU / m L. Besides,the positive rate of rubella antibody was 73. 45% with GMC being 38. 92 IU / ml. What is more,there was no statistical significance on the differences of positive rates of measles and rubella antibody and GMC between gender and household registers( P〈0. 05),while there was statistical significance on the differences in the positive rates of measles protective antibodies and GMC in the history of measles. And the differences were statistically significant on the indexes stated above among age groups and immunological agents. Conclusion The results showed that the antibody level of measles and rubella is not enough to form an effective immune barrier in Yinzhou of Ningbo,with the possibility of outbreak being higher in local area and small scale. It should strengthen leak detection,re- immunization and intensive immunization in the age group( 3- 19) to improve the rate of vaccination and immunization success,with enhancement of monitoring and disposal for measles and rubella.
