麦粒灸防治含顺铂方案化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床研究

Clinical Study on Moxibustion Treatment for Nausea and Vomiting Induced by Cisplatin Chemotherapy

目的:观察麦粒灸对含顺铂方案化疗所致恶心呕吐患者的临床疗效。方法:78例入组病例均接受含顺铂方案进行化疗,随机分为3组:麦粒灸组(26例,麦粒灸加帕洛诺司琼)、针刺组(26例,针刺加帕洛诺司琼)、西药组(26例,单纯帕洛诺司琼)。观察3组患者第1周期化疗急性期(D1-D3)、延迟期(D4-D6)以及第2周期第1天化疗恶心呕吐症状改善情况。结果:3组方法治疗后,急性期、延迟期恶心呕吐积分均较前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);3个疗程结束后(第2周期化疗第1天),麦粒灸组、针刺组恶心呕吐积分均较前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麦粒灸可改善含顺铂化疗导致的恶心呕吐,并具有持续止呕效应。

Objective：To observe the clinically curative effect of moxibustion on nausea and vomiting of pa- tients induced by cisplatin chemotherapy. Methods：78 cases were treated with cisplatin chemotherapy, and they were randomly divided into three groups： moxibustion group （26 cases, moxibustion ＋ palonosetron）, acupunc- ture group （26 cases, acupuncture ＋ palonosetron）, western medicine group （ 26 cases, simple palonosetron）. Observe the improved situation of nausea and vomiting symptoms of three groups in the first cycle of chemothera- py in acute period （ D1 - D3 ）, delayed period （ D4 - D6 ） and on the first day of the second cycle of chemo- therapy. Results： After the treatment in three groups, nausea and vomiting scores of the acute phase and the de- layed period were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After three courses of treatment （ on the first day of the second cycle of chemotherapy）, nausea and vomiting scores of moxibustion group and acupuncture group were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）. There was a significant difference between two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Moxibustion can improve the nausea and vomiting caused by cisplatin chemotherapy, and it has a continuously antiemetic effect,
