前列腺按摩配合针灸治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Prostate Massage Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨前列腺按摩配合针灸治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月至2015年8月收治的前列腺增生症患者76例,随机分为两组,各38例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予前列腺按摩配合针灸治疗,对比两组治疗优良率、治疗前后I-PSS评分、Qmax、RUV、PV和QOLS评分情况。结果:观察组总有效率为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的76.31%(29/38),差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后I-PSS评分为(7.24±2.93)分,Qmax为(19.39±3.57)ml/s,RUV为(35.91±11.22)ml,与对照组相比,无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后PV为(21.73±6.93)ml,高于对照组的(5.49±1.52)ml,QOLS评分为(1.23±0.75)分,低于对照组的(2.90±0.65)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺按摩配合针灸治疗前列腺增生症可明显提高疗效,减轻前列腺症状,改善生活质量。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of prostate massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods： 76 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from August 2013 to August 2015,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with prostate massage combined with acupuncture treatment. Two groups were compared according to the excellent rate of treatment,I- PSS score,Qmax,RUV,PV and QOLS score before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference according to the I- PSS score,Qmax and RUV after treatment in the observation group（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the QOLS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the PV score was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： Prostate massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia can significantly improve the curative effect,reduce the symptom of the prostate and improve the quality of life.
