音乐电针结合五脏俞募配穴治疗产后抑郁症24例

Clinical Observation of Treating Postpartum Depression by Musical Electroacupuncture Combined with Wuzang Yumu Matching Acupoint

目的:以爱丁堡产后抑郁量表为指标观察音乐电针针刺五脏俞募穴对产后抑郁症患者作用。方法:2014年9月至2015年9月在黑龙江中医药大学附属一院针灸科门诊和病房收治的48例符合标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各24例。治疗组采用音乐电针配合五脏俞募穴治疗;对照组单纯针刺,穴位不变。连续治疗6周。用统计分析对两组治疗前后的分值分别进行比较,再对两组疗后有效率进行比较。结果:两组疗后抑郁量表得分与本组疗前比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疗后有效率比较亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两组均能改善产后抑郁症患者症状,但音乐电针疗效更为显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of musical electroacupuncture at Wuzang Yumu acupoint on postpartum depression,and EPDS rating scale was involved in this trial. Methods： 48 patients who were treated in our hospital from Sep. 2014 to Sep. 2015 were divided into a musical electroacupuncture group and an acupuncture group,with 24 patients in each group. Patients in musical electroacupuncture group was treated by music and acupuncture,while patients in the other group was treated only by acupuncture. Each patient received EPDS rating before and after 6 weeks＇ treatment. Results： After 6 weeks,the average scores of both groups after treatment had a significant difference compared with the average scores before treatment respectively. The effective rate of musical electroacupuncture group also had a significant difference compared with that of the other group. Conclusion： The treatment in both groups has an effect. However,musical electroacupuncture has a better clinical value.
