针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效评定方法探析

Methods of Efficacy Evaluation for Chronic Urticaria Treated by Acupuncture

本研究对近5年针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床文献中的疗效评定方法进行了归纳分析。结果显示,针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效评定方法主要分为以下两类:第一类是通过对治疗前后症状体征的变化来评定疗效,又分为定性描述和定量描述两种情况;第二类是采用生活质量量表来评定疗效。第一类疗效评定方法使用中存在症状体征观察项目参差不齐、症状积分标准不统一、疗效指数划分范围的标准不统一等问题。第二类疗效评定方法目前使用较少。因此,亟需制定一个客观、可量化并体现针灸整体调节优势的疗效评定方法,以便更全面地评价针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效,为针灸临床决策提供高质量的证据。

This article summarizes and analyzes the methods of efficacy evaluation according to literatures about acupuncture treatment for chronic urticaria in the recent five years. The results show that currently the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for chronic urticaria is assessed mainly in the following two ways： the first way,which is classified into qualitative description and quantitative description,is assessed through the description of the improvement of symptoms. The second way is assessed by the rate of life quality score change. The first way has some problems such as disunity of score items and standard and disunity of score scale standard. The second way is rarely used currently. Therefore,it is urgent to develop an objective and quantitative efficacy standard that reflects acupuncture＇s advantage of integral moderation in order to comprehensively estimate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture for chronic urticaria,which can provide clinical acupuncture with high quality evidence.
