吴崑针灸学术特点浅析

Acupuncture Academic Characteristics from WU Kun

吴崑,明代医家,所著《医方考》《针方六集》对针灸贡献颇大。在腧穴方面对取穴体位极为讲究,取穴少而精并注重特殊疗法的记载;在针法方面有毫针法、笔针法和放血法等;在灸法方面对灸量把控精确,治疗病证广泛;在针药结合方面,提出"针药一理说"及"经络与脏腑理论结合的病机说";在外治方面善用涂抹外敷法、搐鼻法、熏法、洗法和熨法等,体现出简便、廉效的特点。本研究就上述5点对吴崑针灸学术特点进行阐述。

Objective： WU Kun was a medical scientist in Ming Dynasty. His works of Needle Side Six Episodes and Medical Formulae Investigations made great contributions to the development of acupuncture. In the aspect of taking acupuncture points,he paied attention to finding position,choosing only a few points and recording the special treatment; in the aspect of acupuncture manipulation,he used filiform needle,pen needle and saignee method; in the aspect of moxibustion,WU limited quantitative moxibustion accurately and treated diseases widely; in the aspect of acupuncture theory,he proposed the consistency of the needle with medicine and combination of Zang- fu organs with meridians; in the aspect of external treatment,he was good at using topical application,nasal application,smoked method,washing method,ironing method,which had embodied the characteristics of simpleness and inexpensiveness. The article mainly analyzes the acupuncture academics characteristics of WU Kun from these five aspects.
