针刺四缝穴对厌食症患儿血清微量元素及免疫功能的影响

Effects of Acupuncture at Szufeng(Extra) Points on Serum Trace Element and Immunologic Function of Anorexia Children

目的:观察针刺四缝穴对厌食症患儿微量元素及免疫功能的影响。方法:随机选取于本院就诊的80例厌食症患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以针刺四缝穴治疗,对照组以给予葡萄糖酸锌口服液及多酶片口服治疗,2组患儿均治疗1个月;对2组患儿治疗前后的免疫功能(Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、C3、C4)指标及血清微量元素(铜、铁、锌)进行比较。结果:治疗前2组患儿免疫功能及血清微量元素的含量比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组免疫功能及微量元素含量均较治疗前增强和升高(P<0.05);观察组的免疫功能及微量元素的改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺四缝穴能提高厌食症患儿的微量元素、改善的免疫功能。

Objective： To observe the effects of acupuncture at Szufeng points on trace element and immunologic function of anorexia children. Methods： 80 Cases with anorexia were divided in to observation and control groups with each 40 children,observation group was given acupuncture at at Szufeng points,the control was given Zinc Gluconate and Multienenzyme Tablet,two groups were treated for one month,trace element（ Cu,Fe and Zn） and immunologic function（ Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、C3、C4） of anorexia children in the two groups were determined before and after treatment. Results： Serum trace element contents and immunologic function of anorexia children in the two groups had no difference before treated（ P〈0. 05）,the trace element contents were increased and immunologic function was enhanced in the observation group after treated（ P〈0. 05）,the improvement effects of observation group on the two aspects were significantly better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Szufeng points can raise trace element contents and improve immunologic function in anorexia children.
