摘要
以运动鞋鞋底的3D曲面建模为例,总结了基于犀牛三维设计软件的鞋底模具造型设计方法,其中包括模口版、中底内仁版、上外版、侧墙、底花、剖面线、大底版等部分的设计。为了保证实际生产精度,将所建3D曲面模型横纵向剖面线与原2D工程图剖面线进行对比。结果表明,该方法误差较小,有效的缩减了鞋模生产周期与成本,满足鞋类市场销售周期短、造型多样化的需求。
The sole mold design methods based on three - dimensional software of Rhino were summarized by taking the model- ing process of sneaker sole's 3 D surfaces as an example, which mainly included the design methods of top gauge, inner template, top web temple, side wall, bottom design, section line, outsole pattern and other parts. The longitudinal cross section lines of 3 D surface model built were compared with the section line of the original 2D engineering drawing in order to ensure the accuracy of actual production. Results show that the error of this method is minor. It effectively reduces the production cycle and cost, meet- ing the need of short sale cycle of footwear market and the demand of style diversity.
