摘要
运用自定义的逆向技术路线重建鞋楦三维模型,通过鞋楦关键部位点间距离,评估模型数据的准确性和可靠性。从鞋楦厂随机挑选6个鞋楦,由2名试验者选择10个测量项目对其进行测量,并分别在2周内,进行2次逆向分析及加工处理。运用可靠性评价方法,对试验者组内和组间测量值的相关系数ICC进行分析,用独立样本t检验,对原始鞋楦及采用逆向工程技术之后的鞋楦的可靠性和准确性进行评价。结果表明,试验者组内和组间的ICC均大于0.7,原始鞋楦与采用逆向工程技术制作的鞋楦相比,测量值无明显统计学差异(P>0.05),且误差均小于1mm。本研究自定义的逆向工程技术路线及鞋楦关键部位点间距离评估方法,具有较好的准确性和可靠性。
Three - dimensional (3 D) last model was reconstructed by self - defined reverse engineering. Accuracy and relia- bility of 3 D model were evaluated with the distance between the last key points. 6 lasts were selected from shoe factory. The lasts were reversed and processed on 2 separate occasions by two operators in two weeks, 10 measurements were made directly on lasts, and the measurements were carried out according to the method of each measurement. Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) for each distance of measurements was measured to determine intra - observer and inter - observer reliability values. The consistent a- mong measurements collected was analyzed by independent sample t - test. The results show that both the intra - observer and in- ter - observer ICC are higher than 0.7, there is no statistically significant difference in efficacy between lasts before and after re- verse engineering, the error is less than 1 mm. The accuracy and reliability of reverse engineering technology route and evaluation method of distance between the key points of the last are satisfactory.
