摘要
为了减少獭兔皮加工中废水的排放及化料的投入量,分别对獭兔毛皮加工过程中的软化、浸酸和铬鞣废液的循环利用进行研究。对各废液的组分进行分析,以确定每次回用所需补加的化料量;对每次循环的水质及皮张的物理机械性能进行测定,以评价废液循环对皮张质量的影响。试验结果表明:软化、浸酸、铬鞣废液可直接循环使用45次,所得皮张的收缩温度在80℃以上,物理机械性能良好,不掉毛。
The recycling of bating, charge and material inputs in rex rabbit content analysis. The water quality and pickling and chrome tanning wastewater was studied in order to reduce the wastewater dis- skin processing. The amount of chemical materials added during recycling based on their physical and mechanical properties of skins were tested to evaluate the influence of the ef- fluent circulation on the skin. Results show that bating, pickling and chrome tanning wastewater can be directly recycled 45 times. The shrinkage temperature of the skins is above 80℃, and the skins have good mechanical and physical properties without hair slip.
