摘要
建立了一种采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器,直接测定皮革中多种含氯苯酚类物质的方法。本方法使用甲醇作为提取溶剂,流动相为梯度的乙腈-磷酸、检测器波长210nm,6种含氯苯酚线性相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限均低于0.05mg/kg,相对标准偏差(即重复性)均小于1%。该方法前处理简单快速,无需水蒸气蒸馏及衍生化等特殊操作,可作为一种皮革中含氯苯酚的检测方法。
A determination method for chlorinated - phenols preservatives in leather using high performance liquid chromatog- raphy - diode array detection ( HPLC - DAD) was established. The methanol was used as extraction solvent, and gradient aceto- nitrile - phosphorous acid was used as mobile phase. The wavelength of detector was 210nm. The results show that the correlation coefficients of all chlorinated - phenols are above 0. 999, detection limits are below 0.05mg/kg and relative standard deviation (RSD) ( namely repeatability) are below 1%. This method is simple, fast and free of steam distillation and derivatization, so it could be a potential method for testing chlorinated -phenols in leather.
