手术保暖约束被的研制与应用

目的:研制手术保暖约束被,解决手术患者的保暖问题,提高手术患者的安全性。方法:采用软质深蓝色纯棉布、棉蕊等材料,改进原有手术盖被与约束带的结构,设计研制集安全、舒适、保暖以及便捷等特点于一体的手术保暖约束被。结果:手术保暖约束被将约束带与保暖被巧妙结合设计,具有并发症双重性能,已获得国家实用新型专利授权,起到手术患者手术保暖作用,减少患者术中低体温并发症的发生;在临床应用中确保手术患者的安全性,减轻了患者对约束带使用的恐惧心理。结论:手术保暖约束被结构简单、合理且轻巧,具有便于展开、撤收、可清洗和消毒等优点,体现人性化护理服务理念,可有效提高手术护理质量与工作效率,值得推广使用。

Objective： To solve the warming problem with surgery patients and improve the surgical patient safety by improving the structure of existing surgical cap bounded with tape. Methods： According to the characteristics of operating room nursing and hospital infection management requirements, warm constraints surgery quilt was designed with safe, comfortable, warm and convenient features using soft green grass cotton cloth, cotton and other core materials. Results： The warm constraint surgery quilt was bounded with the unique combination of thermal design with dual performance, and won the national utility model patents. It has achieved effective thermal effect, reduced the incidence of patients with low body temperature, increased the safety of surgical patients in clinical and reduced the fear of using restraint strap. Conclusion： The warm constraint surgery quilt is simple, reasonable and lightweight. It is easy to be expanded, dismantled, cleaned and disinfected, and improves the quality of care and the efficiency of the surgery. It is worth popularizing in use.
