摘要 MBA被称为商业领袖的摇篮,但近年来随着MBA教育与社会脱节现象逐渐加重,MBA管理者的胜任能力受到大众的关注。在梳理国内外文献的基础上提取39种MBA管理者的胜任素质,综合运用问卷调查法和专家打分法向MBA学员、毕业生、教师、工商业高管发放胜任素质问卷,构建MBA管理者胜任素质模型,并通过层次分析法确定各胜任素质的权重,为MBA管理者胜任素质能力的提升提供借鉴。 MBA is known as the cradle of business leaders. But in recent years,with the aggravation of the phenomenon that MBA education has became disconnected from society,MBA managers 'competences have attracted more and more attention. After sorting the research at home and abroad,the article distills 39 competences of management and then build competence model of MBA managers through issuing questionnaires to MBA students,graduates,teachers and business executives with the compound methods of questionnaire method and expert scoring method. Besides,the article confirms the weight of every competence through AHP which can provide reference for competence improvement of MBA managers.
