摘要
采用专家访谈、问卷调查、体质测试和数理统计等方法,对新疆喀什地区高台民居832名20~59岁维吾尔族成年人的身高、体重、胸围和腰围等身体形态指标进行测试及分析.揭示了新疆喀什高台民居维吾尔族成年人的身体形态的变化规律,与全国平均水平差异及其原因等,为研究喀什高台民居维吾尔族成年人形态变化规律和制定各项体质评定标准提供了科学数据.
Through the methods of expert interview,questionnaire,physical test and mathematical statistics,this paper tests and analyses the body shape of 832 Uygur adults aged 20 to 59from high profile residential of Kashi,Xinjiang.Their height,weight,chest and waist circumference are tested and analyzed,what are found are the trend and change rules of those Uighur adults in physical configuration,their difference with the national average level and the reasons,which provides a scientific basis for studying the change rules of adult body shape in this region and setting an evaluation standard of fitness index in the future.
