优质护理对老年反流性食管炎患者的治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

Effect of high-quality nursing on the adherence and quality of life for elderly pa-tients with reflux esophagitis

目的 评估优质护理对老年反流性食管炎（RE）患者临床治疗依从性及生活质量的影响.方法 将92例老年RE患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各46例.观察组予以优质护理,对照组予以常规护理,比较两组护理后治疗依从性、护理前后生活质量评分（SF-36）变化.结果 观察组的治疗依从率为97.83%,高于对照组;观察组的总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组;两组护理后SF-36评分均显著改善,并且观察组的改善程度优于对照组;观察组护理满意度为93.48%,高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 优质护理能够显著提高老年RE患者的临床治疗依从性,改善其生活质量,对于临床治疗具有重要辅助意义.

Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing on the adherence and quality of life for senile patients with reflux esophagitis （ RE） . Methods A total of 92 cases of elderly patients with RE were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 cases in each group. The observation group received high-quality nursing, while the control group received conventional nursing. And the adherence and score of quality of life （SF-36） before and after nursing of the two groups were compared. Results The adherence of the observation group was 97. 83%, which was higher than that of the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 83%, which was higher than that of the control group. After nursing, the SF-36 scores of the two groups were sig-nificantly improved, and the degree of improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93. 48%, which was significantly higher than that of the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion High-quality nursing can remark-ably improved the adherence and quality of life for elderly patients with RE, which plays a critical subsidiary role in the clinical treatment.
