基顶不等高结构的设计问题分析

Analysis on Design Problems of Structures with Unequal Height Foundation Top

山地场地的建筑依山而建,经常出现基顶不等高的结构形式,主要表现为吊脚结构和掉层结构。论文分析了这类结构设计存在的一些问题,针对目前此类结构尚无技术规定的情况,建议了一些设计措施。此类结构的缺陷带给结构很大的影响,甚至涉及结构的安全使用,迫切需要针对此类结构开展系统的理论研究,并形成技术规定,用来指导这类结构的设计。

Structures with unequal height foundation top are often appeared in buildings on the slope. They are mainly suspending structures and structures supported by foundations with different locations. In this paper, some problems of structures with unequal height foundation top are discussed. Under the condition of no technical regulations for such structures, some design measures are proposed in this paper. The drawbacks of such structures have a great influence on the structural safety, so there is an urgent need for systematic research on such structures and technical regulations used to guide their design.
