气质联用技术在白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯检测的应用实验 被引量:2

摘要 初步讨论了气质联用技术在分析白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯含量方面的应用。氨基甲酸乙酯在1.028×10~1~1.028×10~3μg/L的线性范围内有良好的线性相关性,线性相关系数r^2等于0.999977。同时考查了日内差和日间差,该方法精密度准确度良好。对全国食品发酵标准化中心三个白酒盲样进行检测,测量值均在真值附近,结果判定满意。 The application of GC-MS in the analysis of ethyl carbamate content in liquor was discussed. The linear correlation coefficient r2 was 0.999977 in the linear range of 1.028×10^1-1.028×10^3μg/L for ethyl carbamate. At the same time, the inter-assay and intra-assay were performed. And the accuracy of the method was good. Three liquor blind samples from China National Standardization Center of Food and Fermentation were detected. The measured values were near the true values and the results were satisfactory.
