摘要
氨氮是白酒工业废水排放的重要指标,讨论的方法为行业标准HJ 535-2009纳氏试剂分光光度法测定废水中氨氮值。在日常检测中,部分白酒工业外排水显色时产生浑浊现象,造成氨氮测定值偏大。对这一现象我们进行了探讨,经试验得出是由于外排水中存在较高浓度的钙、镁离子,通过加入一定量的氨氮标准溶液后再进行稀释,可以消除浑浊现象,并且氨氮测定值在允许误差范围内,满足实验要求。
Ammonia liquor is an important indicator of industrial wastewater discharge, the methods discussed in this article for the spectrophotometric determination wastewater value industry standard HJ 535-2009 Nessler reagent spectrophotometric. In routine testing,the outer part of the liquor industry drainage turbidity in a color, the resulting ammonia measured value is too large. This phenomenon we discussed, the test results are due to the presence of high concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions outside the drainage by adding a certain amount of standard solution of ammonia and then diluted, can eliminate turbidity, ammonia and measured values within the allowable error range, to meet the test requirements.
