稻壳是酿制大曲酒的主要辅料,在酿酒实际生产中,稻壳的质量的好坏将一定程度上影响着酿酒生产的品质。一种简单实用的酿酒稻壳检验方法,通过感官鉴定、杂质及水分检验可以确保酿酒辅料的质量,且在生产中得到非常好的实际应用。
Made from rice husk is daqu main auxiliary materials in brewing in practical production, the quality of rice husk to a certain extent, affects the quality of the wine production. A simple and practical test method of brewing rice husk, through the sensory evaluation,impurities and moisture inspection can ensure the quality of the wine accessories, and to obtain the very good practical application in production.
