肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的诊断与治疗

The diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma

目的 探讨肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床特点与诊断方法,提高对本病的认知水平.方法 回顾性分析6例肾上腺节细胞神经瘤的临床特点及CT表现,结合文献分析,讨论此病临床特征及肾上腺肿瘤CT鉴别诊断.结果 6例患者无明显特异性临床表现,CT表现具有一定特征性,手术切除,术后病理为肾上腺节细胞神经瘤.结论 肾上腺节细胞神经瘤多无特异性临床表现,依赖影像学,结合实验室生化检查,是与其他肾上腺疾病相鉴别的重要方法,以手术切除为主,预后良好.

Objectives To investigate the clinical features and diagnosis methods of adrenal ganglioneuromas,improve the level of the cognition.Methods The clinical features and CT manifestations data of 6 cases on ganglioneuromas diagnosed were reviewed retrospectively,combined with literature analysis,clinical and CT features in the differential diagnosis of the disease were discussed.Results Adrenal ganglioneuroma had no clinical features with specificity.Conclusions Adrenal ganglioneuroma has no characteristic clinical manifestations,depends on CT manifestations and biochemical examination,it is an important method to distinguish the other adrenal diseases.Surgical excision is the main method for curing and the outcome is satisfactory.
