166例布鲁菌病例流行病学及临床特征的分析研究

Analysis of 166 cases of brucellosis epidemiological and clinical features

目的通过对布鲁菌病的流行特点及临床特征的分析研究，总结其流行特点，为布鲁菌病的科学防治提供理论依据。方法对包头市疾控中心布病门诊2012年1月至2015年12月确诊的166例布鲁菌病患者的流行病学及临床特征资料进行回顾性分析，运用相应的统计学方法分析处理。结果在166例布鲁菌病患者中男女比例为4．03：1，41~60岁的中年人发病率最高，发病高峰期出现在3～8月，从事养殖的农民是主要的感染者。患者临床特征表现为发热、多汗、乏力、关节痛、肌肉痛、头痛、腰痛等。结论布病的发生流行存在明显的季节、性别和年龄上的差异，患者的临床特征复杂多样，因此充分了解其流行病学特征和临床体征，有针对性的给出防治意见，可以有效的控制疫情的发生。

Objective Through epidemiological features of brucellosis and clinical features of analysis and research, to summarize the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis and scientific prevention and cure of brucellosis provide theoretical basis. Methods The Baotou CDC brucellosis clinic in January 2012 to 2015 December confirmed 166 cases of the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis patients and clinical features of data was retrospectively analyzed, using the corresponding statistical method to analysis and processing. Results In 166 cases of brucellosis patients the ratio of male to female was 4.03：1. The highest peak incidence appeared in March to August of middle-aged people aged 41 to 60 years the incidence rate, farmers engaged in farming is the main infection. The clinical features of the patients were fever, hyperhidrosis, fatigue, joint pain, muscle pain, headache, lumbago, etc. Conclusion There are obvious seasonal, sex and age differences of brucellosis, the clinical features of patients with complex and diverse. Therefore, to fully understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis and clinical symptoms, the paper puts forward the idea of prevention and cure, can effectively control the epidemic.
