超声萃取-冷蒸气-原子荧光光谱法测定常见水产品中甲基汞 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立超声萃取-冷蒸气-原子荧光光谱法测定水产品甲基汞,并应用此方法检测佛山市常见水产品中甲基汞含量。方法采集佛山市常见水产品八类共640份样品,取可食肌肉组织,用6mol/L盐酸为溶剂超声提取2h,离心分离后,以二氯甲烷萃取,再以水反萃取,使甲基汞保留在水相中,再将甲基汞转化无机汞离子,用冷蒸气-原子荧光光谱法测定其含量。结果标准曲线的线性相关系数﹥0.999,方法检出限为0.8ng/g,选取的生物标准参考物质实际测定值在参考范围以内。结论该方法操作简便、准确,适用于水产品中甲基汞的分离和测定,实验所测定的佛山市常见水产品的甲基汞的含量未超过卫生标准限值。 Objective To establish a method for CV-AFS with ultrasonic extraction to determine methyl mercury in aquatic products, and apply this method to determine the content of methyl mercury in aquatic products from Foshan city. Methods 640 meat Samples from eight kinds of aquatic products,use6mol/L hydrochloric acid as solvent ultrasonic extraction 2 h, after centrifugal separation, in methylene chloride extraction, and then with water extraction, the methyl mercury in the water phase, then methyl mercury into inorganic mercury ion, which was determined by CV-AFS. Results The standard curve of the linear correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999, the method detection limit of methyl mercury was 0.8 ng/g,and the selection of biological standard reference material actual measurements within the reference range. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be applied for the separation and determination of methyl mercury in aquatic products, experimental determination of common aquatic products of methyl mercury content does not exceed health standard limit.
