2013-2015年单县手足口病病原学监测结果分析

摘要 目的明确2013-2015年单县HFMD的病原体型别构成及分布特征。方法采集临床诊断为手足口病病例的粪便或肛拭子样本,用实时荧光定量PCR方法进行肠道病毒通用(EV)型、EV71型、CA16型的核酸检测,并对结果进行分析。结果对194例临床HFMD病例样本检测,肠道病毒核酸阳性177例(91.24%)。2013和2015年优势毒株是EV71,其所占比例分别是88.24%和56.94%。2014年优势毒株是CA16,其所占比例是48.15%。三个年份中其他肠道病毒所占的比例分别是11.76%、29.63%和36.11%,呈逐年增加的趋势。男女性别比例为1.81:1,﹤5岁人群占95.48%。结论单县HFMD病原体呈动态变化,男性发病高于女性,﹤5岁儿童是重点防控对象。 Objective To study the type and distribution of the pathogen of HFMD in Shan County during 2013-2015. Methods Stool or throat swab specimens of clinically diagnosed cases with HFMD were collected, and Enterovirus (EV), Enterovirus 71 (EV71) and Coxsackievirus A 16 (CoxA 16) nucleic acid examination was done by Real-time PCR. Results 194 cases were tested, and 177(91.24%) cases were Enterovirus-positive. EV71 was the main pathogen in 2013 (88.24%) and 2015 (56.94%). CA16 was the main pathogen in 2014 (48.15%). The proportion of other enteric virus were 11.76% in 2013, 29.63% in 2014, and 36.11% in 2015 respectively. And there was an increasing trend year by year. The ratio of male to female was 1.81:1.95.48% of confirmed cases were 0~5 years old. Conclusion The pathogen of HFMD in Shan County during 2013-2015 changed dynamically. Male were more affected than female. More attention should be paid to children under 5 in prevention and control. HFMD:
