护理干预模式对注意力缺陷多动症患儿的临床效果 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨护理干预模式对注意力缺陷多动症患儿的临床辅助治疗效果。方法收集我院2014年6月至2015年6月入院的100例注意力缺陷多动症患儿随机分为两组,对照组患儿治疗期间给予常规护理,实验组患儿则给予综合护理,比较两组患儿干预前后多动症行为、总体治疗效果与家属满意度等。结果实验组患儿治疗后多动症行为评分组间比较显著性低于对照组,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);实验组患儿总体治疗总有效率明细高于对照组,家属护理满意度明显优于对照组,存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论护理干预模式对注意力缺陷多动症患儿的临床辅助治疗效果显著,可明显家属护理满意度,具有借鉴性。 Objective To investigate the clinical nursing intervention model effect of adjuvant therapy for children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 admitted 100 cases of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in children were randomly divided into two groups received routine care during the treatment of children in the control group, patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive care, more two groups of children with ADHD behavior before and after the intervention, the overall treatment satisfaction with the family. Result Treatment of ADHD in children in the experimental group behavior score group was significantly lower than the control group, there was a significant difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01); overall treatment of children in the experimental group the total effective rate was higher breakdown families of nursing satisfaction than the control group, there is a significant difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention model for clinical effect of adjuvant therapy in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder significantly, significantly families care satisfaction with Reference.
