呼出气一氧化氮检测在婴幼儿喘息性疾病急性期及缓解期的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨呼出气一氧化氮检测在婴幼儿喘息性疾病急性期及缓解期的临床应用,为临床提供重要依据。方法将100例喘息性疾病的婴幼儿患者按病情分为哮喘组、肺炎组,并安排同时入院的50例非心胸疾病患儿为对照组,三组患者同时进行Fe NO水平测定。结果哮喘急性期的Fe NO含量明显高于其他三组,对比显示有统计学异性(P﹤0.05);而哮喘缓解期的Fe NO含量也高于肺炎组和对照组(P﹤0.05),肺炎组和对照组在Fe NO水平比较中发现无明显差别(P﹥0.05)。结论喘息性疾病患儿中的Fe NO水平可间接反映感染和过敏性炎症的区别,为此类疾病的诊断治疗提供依据。
