摘要
本文针对某型号发电机组噪声过大,超过GJB50A-2011《军事作业噪声容许限值及测量》规定值的问题,研究了发电机组噪声源产生及传递机理,提出了发电机组降噪优化设计措施。根据发电机组噪声源及其传递特点,从噪声源本身和噪声传递途径两方面对噪声进行控制,提出了柴油机降速、原舱体改造、加装消音器等措施,综合隔声、吸声、消声等技术手段达到发电机组降噪的目的。利用BF4L2011柴油机发电机组,对本文所设计的降噪措施进行试验验证,结果表明综合使用本文所提各种降噪手段,机组噪音降低了约13.6 d B(A),验证了本文设计的降噪措施的可行性与有效性。
To solve the problem of the noise of a creation of generation unit which is too large to exceed the val- ue of GJB50A-2011, the production and principle of noise source were researched and the noise reduction optimi- zation measures were proposed. According to the noise resource transmission characteristic, it could be controlled from the noise resource itself and the way of noise transmission. The measures, such as speed reduction of diesel generation, reconstruction of original cabin and installation of silencer, could combine with the insulation, absorp- tion and elimination technology to reduce the noise. These measures are conducted in the BF4L2011 diesel genera- tion and results show the generation noise level reduce by 13.6dB. It demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of these noise reduction measures.
