摘要
柴油机工作中出现的进气管"回呛"或排气管"放炮冒火"等现象,是由液压挺柱卡滞导致气门关闭不严引起。本文从液压挺柱的结构组成、工作过程入手,分析故障产生的原因及诊断排除的方法过程,并对装备使用过程中因维护保养不及时导致液压挺柱故障进行了剖析,提出了解决办法。
The reason of intake and exhaust pipe choking back or exhaust pipe flaming and blasting is that valve closed lax which caused by hydraulic tappet jamming during diesel engine working. In this paper, we analyze the causes of failure and diagnosis the process of elimination from the composition and working process of hydraulic tappet, and analyze the reason of hydraulic tappet fault caused by maintenance not timely. We propose a solution at last.
