摘要
针对小型生产企业生产单元设施布局重构问题,建立了以物料搬运成本、单元重构成本、生产时间损失成本之和最小为目标,综合考虑了预算约束、空间约束、时间约束的多目标优化模型。以U型生产单元为例,采用蚁群算法和模拟退火算法相结合的混合蚁群算法求解模型,通过实证分析,验证了模型和算法的有效性和可行性,并与解决设施布局问题常用的遗传算法进行对比,进一步验证了该混合蚁群算法的优越性。为生产企业在接到新订单时合理安排生产计划提供决策支持。
To make decisions for small manufacturing enterprises to rearrange the layout of the production cell, a multi-objective optimization model of reconfigurable facility layout was built, and the budget constraints, the space constraints and time constraints were considered comprehensively in the model, aiming at the minimum of material handing cost, cellular reconfigurable cost and production time loss cost. Take the U-shaped production cell as an example, the hybrid ant colony optimization algorithm which the ant colony optimization algorithm(ACO) improved by the simulated annealing algorithm was adopted to solve the problem. The model and algorithm were verified to be efficient and feasible through practical programs,compared with the standard genetic algorithm, it cost fewer, and provided manufacturers decision support to rationalize production plan when new orders received.
