摘要
针对潮式喷浆机上料高度大、产尘浓度高的不足,研制了喷射机上料除尘装置,重点对装置中刮板输送机、控尘装置及除尘装置的结构进行研究和优化。通过刮板输送机降低喷射机上料高度的同时,利用有效控尘和高效除尘技术对喷射机工作期间的粉尘浓度进行治理。现场应用证明:使用喷射机上料除尘装置后喷射机机身粉尘浓度降到4.5 mg/m3,总粉尘降尘效率达到98.5%,同时降低了工人作业强度。
To counter the problems such as the high feed opening and difficult dust control of the moist shotcret machine,a new device was put forward to reduce the feed height and effectively suppress the dust. It analyzes the structure of the device in scraper conveyor, dust control devices and dust removal device, uses control and removal technology to reduce dust. This technology greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers when the dust concentration was decreased to 4.5 mg/m3 and removed 98.5% dust.
