摘要
通过扫描电镜(SEM)和电子背散射衍射仪(EBSD)等设备对一种存在表面缺陷的汽车用镀锌板样品的表面晶粒形貌进行研究分析,并通过材料的极图、反极图、取向分布函数、织构组分等信息分析了样品表面缺陷产生的原因及其影响因素。
By means of scanning electron microscope（SEM） and electron back scattering diffraction（EBSD）, the surface morphology of the surface of a car with a surface defect was studied and analyzed,the causes and influencing factors of sample surface defects are analyzed by the pole figure, inverse pole figure, orientation distribution function, and the information of texture component. The study provides experimental data and theoretical basis for the production practice.
