摘要
针对煤矿机械用屈服强度890 MPa级高强度钢板的材料性能及焊接性进行分析,通过对不同的线能量、层间温度、焊接材料及焊后热处理条件进行试验,对其力学性能和冲击韧性分析,制订出合理的焊接工艺,达到满足产品质量要求。
In view of coal mine machinery with yield strength of 890 MPa grade high strength steel plate, material performance and weldability analysis, based on the different line energy, interpass temperature, welding material and heat treatment after welding conditions to test and analysis on its mechanical properties and impact toughness, work out the reasonable welding process, to meet the requirements of product quality.
