摘要
针对平煤四矿的地面集中降温系统的实际运行情况,提出了节能改造方案,对地面制冷机组冷水分配、井下高压水降压装置和井下循环系统进行了节能改造;将原有的高低压换热器更换为高低压转换装置;实际运行情况表明,系统节能效果显著,为新建矿井降温系统高压水降压装置的选择提供了参考的技术途径。
According to the actual operation situations of the centralized mine cooling system of the forth mine of Pingdingshan Tianan coal mining Co., Ltd., puts forward the energy saving reform plan,which includes that the cold water distribution of the refrigeration units, the water pressure reducing device underground and the circulatory system of the cold water. It is replaced the original high pressure heat exchanger for the pressure exchange device. By actual operation, after the reform of the system, energy saving effect is remarkable. It is provided reference for the selection of the high pressure water reducing device of the ground centralized mine cooling system.
