摘要
为了解决机械式动筛跳汰机大型化过程中,对于结构强度提出较高的要求,采用有限元方法对其筛体驱动机构在整个工作过程的应力分布进行深入研究,得到了不同工位的应力分布,为提高大型机械式动筛跳汰机结构的可靠性奠定了基础。
In order to enhance the structure strength of the large-scale moving screen jig with mechanical driven, using finite element method obtain the stress distribution of the drive mechanism of screen body in the whole working process. The stress distribution of several different stations has been studied thoroughly. In order to improve the reliability of large mechanical structure of moving sieve jig laid a foundation.
