摘要
针对某矿井主斜井带式输送机的使用情况,通过过载工况下的力学分析,有限元仿真分析以及金相组织分析相结合的方法,对其改向滚筒轴的断裂事故进行了失效分析,找到了导致改向滚筒轴断裂的根本原因,并提出相应的预防措施,为带式输送机的技术改造提供了理论依据。
According to the usage of belt-conveyor in main inclined shaft,failure analysis for the bend pulley shaft of belt-conveyor under the overload condition was conducted by the method of mechanical analysis,finite analysis and microstructure analysis. The root causes of the fracture of bend pulley shaft was obtained successfully,effective prevention and control measures were formulated simultaneously,which has provided a theoretical references for the technological transformation of the belt-conveyor.
