基于连续非周期信号故障诊断方法研究

摘要 在研究周期性振动信号处理方法的基础上,针对连续非周期信号难以有效识别的问题,提出了一种基于小波变换和自功率谱相结合的故障诊断方法,采用小波变换对源信号进行去噪处理,并对处理后的信号进行自功率谱分析,解决了单独使用传统频谱信号分析方法难以对连续非周期信号有效分析的情况。通过对传输设备的故障进行分析,为识别连续非周期信号故障的提供了一定的指导意义。 Based on the study of periodic vibration signal processing method, for non periodic signal difficult to effectively identify problems, propose a method based on wavelet transform and power spectrum combination fault diagnosis method, use denoise the signal wavelet transform, and the signal processing of the self power spectrum analysis that solves the use of traditional signal spectrum analysis method to the continuous non effective analysis of periodic signal condition. According to the analysis of the failure of the transmission equipment, it provides some guidance for the identification of the fault of the continuous non periodic signals.
