基于Matlab遗传算法的细长轴加工切削的参数优化

摘要 基于Matlab遗传算法对细长轴车削参数进行优化,通过建立细长轴切削参数目标函数,对目标函数进行约束限制,最后对细长轴车削加工进行优化求解,并用得出的结果对细长轴进行实际的切削加工实验。实验结果表明设计的切削参数优化不仅能满足实际车削加工质量要求,还能提高切削效率。 Software uses the genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of slender shaft turning based on Matlab Software. Through establishing slender shaft objective function of cutting parameter,constraining the objective function, introducing the optimization solution problem, and doing the actual cutting experiment of slender shaft with the result. The experimental results show that the design of the cutting parameter optimization can not only meet the requirement of machining quality but also improve the cutting efficiency.
