摘要 岩石钻进试验台是用于测量凿岩机凿孔速度的关键设备,以50 k N岩石钻进试验台为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench对其进行静力学分析,得出试验台的薄弱环节,并对其进行改进,从而保证强度满足试验要求;再对其进行模态分析,得出试验台固有频率,为力学性能的改善和优化提供依据,对检验工作具有指导意义。 Rock drilling test bench is the key equipment that is used to measure the borehole speed of rock drill. Taking 50 k N rock drilling test bench as the research object, statics analysis is established by ANSYS Workbench, obtaining the weak link of test bench, to improve it, to ensure strength meeting the test requirements. Then modal analysis is established, obtaining natural frequency of test bench,which provides the basis for the improvement of mechanical properties and optimization, and has a guiding significance for inspection work.
